I for one am sorry to hear this. It would be a shame to let this die. You're seriously on to something here. I think without a price it's hard for people to commit to something. What would a "kit" cost? All the leds, brass parts, wire, circuit board, heads, basic instructions, what would this cost?

Here's what the signals look like, installed on the layout. They are powered by Logic Rail Technologies signal animators. The one on the right is also interlocked to the next turnout on this part of the mainline. The video shows the signals changing from stop to slow to proceed at 10 second intervals. This is adjustable up to 30 second intervals. I'm ok with this because my layout does not use "real" block control of traffic. Some people would call this semi-prototypical operation for semi-prototypical signals.
