They don't show up under new products - but there are some "announced 10/15" and "discontinued"

I did a search on PWRS site, they are indeed cancelled by manufacturer .  If you go to advanced search, you can select Athearn and tank car 33K gallon .  3rd page shows the items with project cancelled by athearn.

Maybe Scaletrains is going to take over some of the tooling and that will be their N scale freight car announcement lpg tank cars.  :D :facepalm:

Am I nuts or was there another run cancelled too???

Weren't MBLX (Mobil) cars in one announcement, but never came out.

Not enough pre orders is the likely suspect. Athearn would know for sure. Anyone have a contact?

It's my fault... I only pre-ordered four of them. They're too new for me, but a few years I can live with.
