I'd like to find out if it's possible to make a compact wye using Kato's Unitrack #4 turnouts and new #2 wye turnout? I know how to make a wye using #6 turnouts and #2 wye, but it eats up too much space. Thanks.

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.

What angle do you want? 90? And, do you have a minimum radius that you don't want to go below?

I think 90 degrees would be good, and I don't want to go below 9-3/4" radius.

How compact is compact? Or what is minimum radius? I don't have these smaller radius curves but SCARM shows you can make one with your turnouts and Y using these;
two R 249-15 (Kato 20101)
two R249-45 (Kato 20100)
four S64 (Kato 20030)
one S124 (Kato 20020).
Size of the wye is about 13" x 26" using those ~9 3/4" curves.

Oh and have a banana for Dee.
