At the present time there isn't anything even remotely similar to KCS' New Orleans that could be used to represent it.  While some inroads have been made in regards to modeling business cars they remain largely unrepresented because of the nature of the cars being so individualistic.  Some roads, like Frisco and Southern Railway, chose to use a specific floorplan on most of their business cars which makes modeling them at least a little easier if you can find sides suitable for them (Southern/Norfolk Southern, yes; Frisco, no) but by and large most are not yet modelable in N-scale unless a person would choose to fabricate sides from sheet styrene, maybe using Kato window inserts for the window frame detail.  As it stands right now the best one could hope for for most of the very unique cars that so many roads ran is to find someone who could design etched metal car sides but even this is not easy to do.

You might consider contacting Lowell Smith (lowellsmith.net).  He has produced and is producing many different roads business card. He will tell you if he is considering a KCS model. If not you may be able to convince him to do one. His deal with Micro Trains has him producing different roofs and sides. Worth a try.

The Lowell Smith biz car would be a good starting point, though the opposite side (vs the first link) is quite different from the KCS car. It also depends how far you want to go with the irregular window spacing on the KCS car side you've shown. If you're up for more bashing, take a look at Kato, Tomy, etc. passenger cars, since they're cheaper. I recalled the Kato Asakaze sleeper having similar windows but that car seems to only comes in sets. http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/image/10250421a4/20/4

There's so much modification needed including the end that homemade styrene car sides is probably the best answer.
