New contest? visual identification of decoder

Just kidding about the new contest. :D

I have an unused decoder with no packaging. Can anyone identify this decoder?
It's 8.99mm x 18.62mm

Its one half of the older TCS CN-GP:

These are meant for older non-DCC ready Atlas GP locomotives.

I know they changed color of led's at some point.  Did some installs last year and needed to replace one board of the set because I shorted something on it.  Told TCS I only needed one end, they were cautious to only switch one end bc of change but I insured them it would not be a problem.  Went from a yellow tint to blueish tint or vice versa.
