I'm not at all surprised that Atlas will use Accumates on the ex-BLMA releases. Is anybody else really surprised?  :|

And that answers the question as to how Atlas will brand BLMA products.  Rock on with the new release though, I see three cars I'll be springing for.

Exactly zero.  So I'll be getting all three.  :)

I'm actually very excited that the CGW cars got made. Tangent came calling to the CGW Yahoo sometime last year group asking about the paint scheme and they didn't get much open response.  I was worried it would fall on the cutting room floor.

edit: I didn't even see the undecs!

It does say 33" metal wheels .  Had Atlas previously switched back over to metal ?  I hadn't purchased any freight cars lately.

Yes, and they are nice, but not as nice as the BLMA wheels with the back profile.  Craig's trucks are also a little nicer, too.

Actually they will NOT be using Accumates, but the knuckle couple that the factory provides.  The features do not say Accumate but I see that the Accumate licensing information was left on the page causing some confusion.  I will get that changed tomorrow.

At $32 MSRP they are edging me out of being interested. I personally think the manufacturers are really pushing the price envelope too much. I don't care how much detail, that either gets broken off or just plain falls off, is put on a car there is no N scale single worth $32. That should compute to approx. $23 - $25 from your friendly E-tailer. Still a bit hard to swallow.

Just my opinion,

So will that be an MT clone or an Accumate clone?  ;)
