Avro!

A flat car with Arrow parts destined for a scrapper would be cool. The story was written already.

Craig

I was thinking more along the lines of a group of former Avro employees working away clandestinely in Kanto City to recreate one of those "magnificent flying machines"!!  The Arrow is still to be regarded as one of the world's all-time great aircraft!  At the very least, have them putting together a couple of Orenda Iroquois engines to slip into one of 409 Squadron's Voodoos at Comox!!

Cheers,

More truss bridge parts just finished applying lacing bars and stay plate details to the diagnal columns. Next will be the upper and lower chord sections.

A little on the late side...  But here's all the model railroading I've done in about 6 months...

It's a WM freight shed in HO produced by Medford Trains.
Nice compact little kit, plenty of detail.  I added the light using an old light board from an N scale locomotive.

You can see more news about Medford Trains here...

Jim's also working on a model of the Owings Mills station in N scale, in case anyone here might be interested.  I'll be sending him the drawings next week...

@wm3798 - Lee, I can't tell what color that building actually is...pale Green or Blue.  It's like a chameleon.

It's gray, with maroon trim.  And it's badly lit.  :D

It's WHITE AND GOLD!

I thought it was white and gold. The white appeared blue because I presumed it to be in a shadow.

On the General Store module, I decided to add another of the Showcase Miniatures transformer sets in place of a standard pole...great little kits that add a touch more realism.

The transformer does add a certain something - that scene is outstanding.

Puddington, just a quick comment: some people (not myself, but some people) don't believe we ever went to the moon so its no surprise that this isn't a single window coach.  :D

I finally did some modeling! I installed Micro-Trains 51' reefer underframes in 66 Atlas 50' reefers today. Well, I call it modeling.

Now all I need to do is buy 66 pairs of MTL roller bearing medium extension trucks/couplers to put on the cars.

Hmm... almost as cheap

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.
