Need a police cruiser behind the billboard.
Eh, too predictable. How about a Woodland Scenics chain gang working on the road with the cruiser parked on the shoulder? Y
Eh, too predictable. How about a Woodland Scenics chain gang working on the road with the cruiser parked on the shoulder? You often see a cop car behind a billboard on a layout, but road under construction is very seldom modeled.
No longer PC
Yeah. That's how we got CONrail!AAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA
Peteski, couldn't agree with you more...with all the Blair Line billboards I've been adding to the modules, I'm going to NOT put the patrol car behind any of them, despite the many, many responses to do so...I DO like your idea of 'road gang/'chain gang' construction crews...I plan to build a section of T-Trak modules depicting my home area of South Louisiana...I grew up in New Orleans and along hwy 90 (Southern Pacific's Sunset Route)...long, low trestles...swing bridges over bayous, cypress trees and knees, country roads lined with huge oaks...A chain gang with guards on horseback would look RIGHT at home! (NO PC here!)...in fact, even though the modules are set in the late 50's, a work gang is still a common site in South Louisiana.Bruce
PERFECT!This entire PC thing is for the birds! (I hope that I didn't offend any birds .)Seriously, Woodland Scenics sells these, so they ok to use. Allright, I checked and that set is retired, but you can still find it in some hobby stores. Now if you really want to raise some Puritan eyebrows, you could use some of these Noch N scale figures on the layout.
