John Pechulis DVDs for $20

JPM has a $10 off sale going on right now.

For those of you who are unfamiliar, these are some of my favorite railfan videos, partly because they have amazing content, and partly because some of them are narrated by the one and only Big Mike Bednar.

I've got a bunch, and plan on getting some more.

Thanks for the heads-up, Ed!  I bought the Volumes 1 and 2 of "Railfanning the Appalachian Region," which includes video on the SCL, RF&P, L&N, and Southern in 1979 and 1981.  I think both DVDs include visits to Hamlet, North Carolina.  Nice!

Those Bednar films look tasty.  Up to #5 at least, then things get too blue.

Actually, this is a conundrum... must resist.  I have a room full of Hill Line books.  But I can't stand blue - even Big Sky blue...

Thanks for the heads up Ed.

I have "The Lehigh & New England" Volumes 1 & 2 and "Railfanning the Delaware & Hudson" volumes 1 & 2 and enjoy all 4 DVD's.
John Pechulis railroad DVD's are top notch.

Ed, A couple more videos you need to add to your collection are "Charles Smiley Presents" The Hard Coal Roads, "What went wrong" and Conrail "Hall of Fame"

Dave, A video you may be interested in is "Charles Smiley Presents" Chessie & Seaboard "Hall of Fame"

I've purchased videos from all the major railroad video producers and very honestly, John Pechulis DVD's and Charles Smiley DVD are top of the chart for video quality, narration, maps, etc. in my opinion, every DVD is well worth the price.

Forgot to mention, I just picked up "Along the Bridge Lines to Maybrook", this is a sweet deal, $20 for the DVD plus $5 shipping.

Purchased Anthracite Railroads in the 70's Volume 1, Railfanning with the Bednars Volume 6 and Railfanning the Appalachian Region Volumes 1 & 2.  Couldn't pass up the opportunity to save $40.00.  Supposed to be here Saturday.  Looking forward to veg'ing on the couch with these vids this weekend.

Modeling the L&N, well at least a few times a year.

I got Chessie Sand Patch Volumes 1 and 2 along with Appalachian Region Vol 1.  I have watched both the Chessie ones.  Definitely have a lot of chasing the same train, but its interesting seeing the different power and freight cars.  Definitely helps with modeling the Chessie in that timeframe.  There was even a Southern GP38AC being used as a Connellsville helper.  Pretty cool :).

Awesome! Glad this has been a helpful announcement.

I'm such a huge fan of these. The Conrail ones from the 80s were awesome for the exact same reasons.
