ideas needed for "CARS" style train

I am planning to build a CARS style N TRAK module, centering on Radiator Springs.
since we run Mountain division as a normal part of our modules ( High Point N TRAK), I would like to run an excursion train to complete the picture,
I am thinking possibly a Victorian family, Poppa as the steam engine, momma and the kids with the eldest sister as the observation car complete with petticoat bunting..
I could really use some images and ideas to complete the look and style of this idea.
 thanks!

Why not use the train from the "Planes: Fire and Rescue" movie? You can see it when the are escaping the burning lodge?

There's also any number of kids books that have similar train character drawings.

How about "Chuggington" with F Unit style diesels like "Brewster" and "Wilson". This TV series is copyrighted I believe by Walt Disney "WED". See Williams / Bachmann for O Gauge examples. The board game "Tractor Tipping" Features Game pieces of all the characters from the first movie, pre decorated and very close to N Scale. Some of us have used these on modular layouts in city scenes for children at shows to try and find them among regular traffic and parking lot scenes. Nate Goodman (Nato). Good Luck on your "Cars Project".

great idea with the tractor tipping game,  I didn't even know about it!   I will be using the tractors as well
I am trying to stay away from the Tank engine look and be true to the cars theme.. they have a really different look over all.
