And that's all there will be at this show.  N scale won't happen until they get the samples in.

One thing that is standing out is 'Our Price'.  Will this be direct only?

Will the new scale releases be the same as the HO?

I sure hope not.  The last thing we need is a repeat of ExactRail's experience.  That said, the water tanks and Trinity tank cars look great, and the prices seem amazing to me.

A plastic big blow in N-scale, one can only hope. We already have oil tankers and water tenders so hopefully they don't make that mistake.
Which ever side of the track I am on is the right side.

BLMA has the tanker.
Atlas has the Evans.
So the only thing that is wide open is the turbine. - Probably a good bet seeing as how well engines like the Big Boy and DD40AX have sold.

I really wish we would see a good Acid, Chlorine, 19K Corn Syrup, and some more 23-25K general service (UTLX etc.) cars.

January is the Springfield Show.... hm...

There's a shyness found in reason
Apprehensive influence swallow away
You seem to feel abysmal take it
Then you're careful grace for sure
Kinda like the way you're breathing
Kinda like the way you keep looking away

I can't believe that tank retails for 19.99 in 12 packs. Incredible.

Not retail.  That's the "our price" I was talking about combined with letting them mix and match whatever numbers that want (hopefully that would exclude duplicates).

I would think we could use a few more of the funnel flow variety tank cars as well. I could use some in clay and limestone slurry varieties.

I'm not seeing where you guys are getting any pricing information.

BTW, I really wouldn't mind having N scale kits to assemble if it makes the price cheaper.  Roundhouse had the right concept decades ago, I don't know why we got away from that.

Heck if they took an n scale Evans under frame to match the HO one that would sell like hot bacon covered in maple syrup.

So did Micro-Trains, apparently they did not sell as well as the RTR cars

There were some interesting details noted there: color selectable class lights, lighted control panels, operable cab doors. Maybe I'm just not up on state of the art HO, but those seem like some very cool little details that lead to a lot of hope about how that miniaturization could applied to N Scale!

Atlas, Con-Cor, Kadee/Micro-Trains, MDC, InterMoutain.  All of them have released kits at some point in time, and all have abandoned the concept.  Unfortunately, the N scale consumer base in general wants RTR-only.

The turbines are impressive in person. Not sure about "museum quality" but impressive none the less.
