Bowser makes them. Then they put FVM wheel sets in them.  According to this price list you can buy them separately:

Hmmm. The list is dated 1/5/2015 so it may be out of date.

@reinhardtjh, The trucks Bowser sells separately DO NOT come with FVM wheelsets- they come with plastic ones.  Also the Bowser truck frames are spaced wither than MT, so the longer FVM axle work better in them, I forget which length right now...

Ahhhh, SPFs!!! They get what they want (K4), and now they want more (N8 caboose). It never stops! It goes on and on, wanting more and more stuff while we Southern Railway fans get nothing! When will it end? When? When...?

Yeah, I kinda knew that. I wrote it badly.  They have been doing it for the newer rolling stock releases. I have a feeling the separate trucks are left over from previous times and you just get their normal, old plastic wheelsets.  Maybe not, but they don't put the FVM set in them.  It would be a great deal for $4.95 if they did.

It pays to post detailed technical review threads.   8)  This is all part of my evil scheme:  I need to accumulate respect points now to nullify all the negative hits for the snarky remarks I will be making later.  :D I'm sure my respect rating will take a nose-dive.
