Love the shots of the Trainworx Pete 379's.   Wishing to see more of the Intermountain SD40-2's though....

Wow...kind of over-whelming. Almost glad I couldn't make it.  :o

What strikes me are: Walthers "Cornerstone" series are making some great buildings.

The Athearn SP MT 4-8-2 would sure look good as an N scale model.

The Z scale Ford trucks look fantastic.

So much wonderful stuff being produced; many thanks to RMC for posting all those shots.

The neat thing (also a PITA) is it's getting harder and harder to tell what is HO and what is N, with the improvements in quality by some manufacturers of the latter.  Which makes it even more important these days that manufacturers and photographers provide some clue as to what scale we're looking at.  Gone are the days that we can assume everyone models HO, and manufacturers it too, thanks goodness...

To that point, these FVM GEVO's sure look like N scale, despite the caption.  If so, I am also curious about the jewel case next to them: an FVM 4750 covered hopper.  Is that a new hopper in N, or some special run scheme on an existing car?

I haven't heard anything about FVM doing HO GEVO's so I'm pretty sure they mis-captioned it. The 4750 is the Convention car. The case looks a little different maybe he is using old Red Caboose 4750 stuff for it.

Those FVM GEVOs were on display the NSE show in Sacramento. Definitely N scale and looked great.

 :?
in the 8th photo is a red 50s style Tank trailer behind what looks to be
 an Athearn Kenworth.
is this a New Trailer ?
or an Ulrich 50s metal tank ?
or a 60s stretched Roco military Plastic Tank ?
or a late 50s Rivarossi Plastic Tank ?
a new 50s Tank Trailer would be usefull in HO and N.
the new Bachman HO Tractor looks to be based on a Tootsie Toy truck of
  the 50s and 60s.
the Trailer looks good, what happened with the Tractor ?

Spikre, the only vehicle product photos are of AZLs Z scale Ford (C?) COE (which look curiously like the old Bachmann N scale COE in the pack with the bus and mail truck); Bachmann's godawful HO thing with one of B-Manns external braced 35' dry trailers; and several pics of the new N scale Trainworx trucks.  The latter has an 50s-ish tanker which has been poured over on TRW already, weeks ago, with Trainworx's other movie-themed releases.

This guys have a bunch of pictures of some of the upcoming stuff, including the mythical IM SD40-2 in color.

Thanks for the link. Lots of nice stuff, but the one that took my breath away was FVM's HO GP60. Amazing detail for a mass-produced model. Then there was the "hidden" non-announcement from Athearn about bi-level auto racks in N. Santa will be hearing from me about those.

I guess I wasn't there again.  Really getting frustrated with these magazines and their coverage...shoot every booth around us and never bothered to come in and post our new stuff?

Someone, I can't remember who, did show pictures of the horse car engineering sample.  I think it was the MRH guy.  But that's all they showed. :(
