Is This REALLY a Micro-Trains 60' Flat Car?

I found this on eBay:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Micro-Trains-52400030-Missouri-Pacific-60-Flat-Car-w-Load-/221833124132?hash=item33a648d924

I've never seen a MTL 60' flatcar that wasn't a bulkhead flat, so I'm pretty confused by this car.

First of all, it seems it is in an MT box. Second, it has prototype info on the back of the box saying the car is 60'.

On the other hand, the brakewheel is on the end of the car instead of the side as on the 50' flats. Also, the car has cast on stirrups instead of the snap in stirrups like all other MT cars. This makes me think it isn't an MT car.

What gives? Is this some ultra-rare Kadee car from decades ago?

Any info is appreciated.

Hmm... no idea here...

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.

Its Z-scale.
Which ever side of the track I am on is the right side.
