That's an electric toaster I think.
I'm wondering if some screwball, PRR hating Congressional aide didn't sneak language into a bill forbidding the sale of an N scale K4 model.
I'd love to model the NEC, but the practicality of it is a nightmare. Every interlocking is 4 tracks, curves get huge, everything is just "big".The best way to really make a go of it is to use a modular format (like NTRAK), but that makes doing other things about it (like catenary) difficult (but not impossible, see @Hiroe's bitchin work from 15 years ago).
That's usually an agency-level policy interpretation decision. And the more I hear Pennsy fans whine, the more I want to help that decision along. You guys have a K4 already, by Minitrix... Next!
here is the real problem.n-scale does not need another challenger, big-boy, 4-8-4, FEF or any other 4-8-4.and god help us how many BERKs do we need?
Apparently, Bachmann's new loco is, indeed, a K4...so...Railwire's volume will now be cut by 1/2Bruce
