New Products from Cutting Edge Scale Models!

I have started this thread to limit the huge number of individual threads that get abandoned because they're just a single product.

First off is a C425 high nose to convert the LL C424.

I wonder why aren't you posting new product info in the Product Discussion section like everybody else does?

Neah, just aggressive. Looking for more bad karma points.  ;)

Ok, back to the regularly scheduled thread...

These hood/cabs look like a nifty conversion.

As a Lehigh Valley modeler, I would love to see an SW8 "pup" dynamic brake conversion:

Probably not much sales potential, I know  :|

I'd like to see a C636 body and the C&NW version of the short tall hood for RS/RSD.

+1 for the thing of C&NW beauty that Sirenworks posted.

Here's my personal "wants" list, all involving the Ann Arbor… I know some others who would be on board, too.

DT&I/Ann Arbor GP35 noses with nose headlights to fit the Atlas/Kato/Atlas/China model. The AA units lasted many years under TSBY (when I took these photos) and were still running fairly recently for GLC:

I'm guessing "plain" GP35 noses with nose headlights would probably find an audience as well. Atlas/Kato never did them* and I'm certain a number of the schemes that have been released over the years should have had them.
*A nose headlight version parts# is on one of the Atlas parts diagrams, never released as far as I know.

Wabash/Ann Arbor streamlined cupola cabooses:

Finally…the "frog eye" headlight for Ann Arbor RS-1, and the vertical twin headlight below it (forgive me for not knowing the proper name). I don't have my own reference photos for this yet. AA #20 is stuffed and mounted in Michigan, I need to get up there:

Next up is a GPS dome in N scale.

Quote
This is a pack of four round GPS domes used on many modern diesels. They each have a footprint of 2 x 2 mm and are just 1.2 mm tall. N Scale (1/160)

To install, simply soak sprue in Bestine rubber cement thinner for 15 minutes to remove the waxy support material. carefully scrub with a toothbrush to get rid of fuzzy material. It is recommended that you paint the parts while still on the sprue. Cut the parts from the sprue, and install with a tiny dot of super glue.

Sweet! I'll be getting me some of those. Are 5-packs (EMD rear lights) on the agenda?

Oooh, how about an NP nose light for SD45s?

Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.
