I tried to hollow out the horn in the first version.  It's impossible* to do free hand: it's just too damn small.

Freehand is exactly how I would approach this.  Probably drill into the horn with #80 bit then widen the hole using a 1/8" diameter single-flute countersink.  If I have some time tonight (and a spare horn) I can try this method.

Thanks - this is with my old camera taken from farther back and cropped.

Yes, I've ruined 2 (so far  :trollface: ) out of 50!
