@tom mann,

I think this looks incredible, but there's one thing that stands out that I'd like to see addressed.  Admittedly, it's only obvious because of the macro photos, but that horn on the roof needs to be drilled out and hollowed.

Or maybe, it's just a :tommann: type in the studio prop department making it look good for it's closeup?

Probably.  :P

He also needs to bend the mirrors and file the burrs off of them. And add the plate below the bumper.   :tommann: :trollface: :ashat:

He asks excitedly "Did you say Ménage à Trois?"
No, I said "Ed's Law."

Kidding aside, what would be the best way to hollow out that horn? A series of smaller bits?

I tried to hollow out the horn in the first version.  It's impossible* to do free hand: it's just too damn small.

Freehand is exactly how I would approach this.  Probably drill into the horn with #80 bit then widen the hole using a 1/8" diameter single-flute countersink.  If I have some time tonight (and a spare horn) I can try this method.

Thanks - this is with my old camera taken from farther back and cropped.

Yes, I've ruined 2 (so far  :trollface: ) out of 50!
