I'm sure many are excited for the return of the Shay and also the new container.  I think it's been a while on the Auto Carrier as well.

I'm of course looking forward to the 6' door PS-1's but a little disappointed in the DSS&A box car.  While a cool scheme and a great SOO patch candidate for modeling the late 60's, The car Atlas has chosen to do is supposed to be a riveted car.   :| DSS&A did have another series of welded PS-1's.

Different scheme on the welded series?  If not, a road number change would work, no?

Different schemes.

Welded car:

Not sure if the welded car has a 10 or 12 stiffener roof.

I've seen shots of the earlier scheme patched as well.

Yeah, just saw that, $30 for a single container?

Whatever happened to economical containers?

Ok so question about the containers, are they magnetic? I didn't see it under the features...
Also are they compatible with other containers like DI, Kato, Walthers, Con Cor or Rolland Industrial?
I mean $15 a piece would be a tad pricey if they weren't magnetic, I'm just asking because I can already get Kato Maersk ones for around $12 for a pair...
