Damn Peteski, I was trying so hard to come up with one for you and just couldn't think of one!

Joshua, I have no place on that shrine of heavyweights, pun intended. :D

Hmm... how about Rick
O'Shea's Gun Shop...?

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.

A jazz club called "The Rusty Trombone."

A peanut store called "The Nut Sack."

A lobster and clam restaurant called "The Cleveland Steamer."

So many possibilities...

Meh, that is in the same category as Dewy, Chetham, and Howe attorneys at law.  We need real member's names!  :D

Honestly if I did more urban modeling, I would have Paddy's Pub next to a small theater playing The Dayman Cometh.

Honk if you get the reference...!

I liked you before Dave...but now I like you even more  DAYMAN!

Oh and to stay on topic...the building is looking GREAT...I particularly enjoy that it does not look like some ideal world view but has the bumps and bruises and imperfections that one could observe in an older building. great work!

I've said it once, and I'll say it again.
I effing love you guys.
If I ever get a layout, or better yet, an NTRAK module with a town, it's going to be the best worst inside joke of all time. You'll be able to grab a Hot Lunch at Hot Karl's and grab a night cap or a tuna melt at the Rusty Trombone jazz club.

But now that I've got your attention, dare I mention that this little gem is actually for sale? At this time, I don't have a use for this building. I only did this because @tom mann said I should do his model challenge. He bought me a drink, and then I think he must have used some kind of a ray or a mind control device because he forced me to follow him to his room in the Paramus Holiday Inn and that's where he told me about the model challenge.

I'd like it to go to an a$$hat. I'd also like to like to donate a sizable percent of the profits to THON (https://thon.org/about). In short, money goes to help kids with cancer.
What do yinz all think? I've never done anything like this before.

He asks excitedly "Did you say Ménage à Trois?"
No, I said "Ed's Law."

That was just a bit more than we needed to know...

You guys never saw Ghostbusters 2? "World of the Psychic with Dr. Peter Venhman" was one of my two favorite shows!

Now I'll have none of you hating on Ghostbusters 2. It was not as good as the first, but it was still a funny and enjoyable movie.

Why are you came?
