I'm assuming that you are referring to the D-22 Winnebago Indian. That flaw has been fixed so they should be able to print it now. First time hijinx.

Sorry Thomas, "going digital" does not mean everything is going to be digital. I am starting a digital store on Shapeways to produce models I previously could not produce (and some I could). As a designer, I am still learning how to do this stuff so it may be a while before I can do certain things effectively.

That being said, I am open to the idea of offering Z-scale versions, this would require a bit of redesign because of wall thicknesses. I design the N-scale models at near limit of wall thickness (or thinness) to keep costs as low as possible so you guys can afford to buy them and I can actually make a little money--since this is my profession.

I'll consider your request as one vote (so far) for Z-scale. Hopefully I get a lot more.

I'm quite new to Z scale - N scale is still my main focus - but I found out that there are not many vehicles available unless you want to populate your layout with standard Märklin which are of European prototypes of course.

I could imagine that you would make a lot of people happy if you decide to enter the Z scale market.

I Google Imaged "GM RTS Bus" and saw many different eras and types of buses. You might want to be more specific since I am not very knowledgeable on buses.

I searched Shapeways and found a lot of buses. Some of these designers are "bus guys" and are going to eventually make the one you mentioned. I would hate to put all that effort into something someone else (is already an expert in and) is most likely planning to put out--if it's as badly needed as you say. It's already happened to me when Showcase recently put out several truck models in a row that I already had under development.

I talked to a lot of the bus guys. They are either modern or transition area modelers and this bus falls right in between (late 70's to early 2000's).

96' and 102' widths.

The RTS4 and RTS6 models were by far the most popular, with relatively few cosmetic changes.

Here is a Flickr group devoted to the RTS. You will quickly notice the 40' RTS4 and RTS6 models are the most popular. Keep in mind that this bus is modular so you can literally  build any length by copy and pasting additional segments.
