I can hear the SPF's getting their shooting irons and lynching ropes, but, do you really need the 4th track? Just in that space with the interlocking it is going to look mighty weird.Forgive me if I am wrong but isn't there a fourth or green track in the NTRAK standards? can you bring that into the foreground?
If it's in the front, orange. If it's in the back, it's brown (at least, that was DARN's convention in Philly). Also, MG DID have 3 tracks later in life (including now). The three are also equally spaced. However, Josh is a PRR guy, and the track removal didn't happen until the early 80s.
Hello guys, Sorry I didn't respond last night. I ended up working until 11 pm last night. All work and no play... I like the way the 3rd option forces people to pay attention and it will also force them to choose between the upper tracks on red line passes. I think some Spurs are needed in the background as there is ALOT of empty space. That being said, the grid lines on here are 2" apart. The track design should work with trains of normal width but if someone builds a airplane or other wide load train we could have some passing issues.
If you're going to go with Josh Spacing,
it's not Josh Spacing... it's J-Trak!
I think I like Chick-NTrak the best so far.
you would... your West Coast.this is an East Coast thing.
Also what the hell? haha! What's going on here?
