Leveling an IM boxcar

I have a few N Scale Intermountain boxcars that I acquired recently.

While they all ride too high (and I've seen how to fix that), one of them is literally leaning at about a 4 degree angle to one side.

Anyone else dealt with a "leaning" boxcar before?  The underframe LOOKS level to the car body.

Which box car exactly?  1937, 1937 modified, 12 panel other?
