New Weathering Book Previews!

Work has come along on the new book to the point that I have a printed (partially complete) draft!  Let me show you "Prof. T. M. Weathering's Guidebook For Making Realistic Models". The front of the book has an 1890's-1910's feel with a faux-textured cover and really really long title:



Some of you have seen this page, but I was happy to see it in all of it's full spread, printed glory.


As of today, I have 90% of the text authored and probably 95% of the photos ready.  However, I have a bunch of the layouts left to complete, and at that time, I'll certainly need additional photos and caption text.  Thanks for all of the support and I can't wait to tell you it's ready!

I have my copy autographed, graded, and slabbed and is the centerpiece of my Mann Shrine along with my prized possession: a lock of Tom Mann's hair.

TBD, TBD, and TBD.  It will probably be printed by Lulu (again), but I'm looking into other options.

Possibly.  However, this would mean shelling out another $100 for an IBSN, so it probably won't happen at first.

Maybe after Santa Fe Guy sends the planes tickets. Of course he'll have to put Tom up in the best room in the house during the visit, because making him sleep "out-back" could be a deal killer.

Sweet, BUT that cover looks like one of those Antique books my wife collects. As soon as I put that down somewhere in the house, its gone and into her vast collection never to be seen again… I’ll take one anyway thou.
