Acquired motive power for the Colorado Midland.  She's since been stripped of her B&O lettering on this side.

Hello all...
recovering from the defibrillator install is allowing some good bench time for modeling...
building Blair Lines very nice "Dari King" for one of the T-Trak modules adjoining the elevator 'complex'.
I decided to add a floor and wallpaper interior; not sure if I'm going to light this one, but I'll have the interior if I do decide.
Still much to do- tables, booths, and kitchen equipment; also need to work on the roof and finish the signage.
I really do enjoy building structures and am getting particular enjoyment with the laser cut wood kits by Blair Line, AMB, and Branchline

Baby steps... I haven't found any decals for Colorado Midland in N scale, so I've been piecing them together one letter at a time. I've finished the fireman's side, number plate, and tender end wall. The shine and decal film will disappear with Testors Dullcote. #34 was one of the Midland's Baldwins that survived until the end of operations.

My inspiration is this common scheme from the first decade of the 20th century:

Here she is in 1918 awaiting the cutting torch:

Obviously I'm going full foobie here!

How's that -17C/0F weather going for you right now Mike? :)  (I was at my son's soccer game in a t-shirt this morning.  Perhaps we should just let this one go...)

Mark, as always the CW leaves me in awe. Great video and thank you for breaking the stereotype of the engineer / vest covered in RR pins wearing socially awkward gentleman. But, I pity you and all others who don't get to enjoy the simple pleasure that comes from being out on the -20C day... God help me, I do love it so. I love it more than my  life.
