Starting with a small piece of floristic wire( 1,0 mm diamm.) and about 20-15 cm long.

Dip about 3/4 of the wire with/in glue so that the 12 mm fibres will stick to the wire.
In short how I make these "botlle brush"kind of spruce trees
materials:
Floristic wire 1,0 or 1,2 diam
12 mm Fibres
2 mm fibres
glue( all purpose glue)
spray glue
spraying paint: dark "olive" and "coffee"
Fine turf green or dark green.
strainer to add the fine turf.
sharp! scissors.
Static grass aplicator 35 Kv or less....
It is important to know that the 12 mm fibres are added with a static grass apl.!
For this kind of tree I add 2 "layers"of 12 mm fibres.
After the first layer I let the glue set for an hour and than cut the fibres on the wire in a conical shape. Specialy the top= 1/4 of the tree.
than I add the second "layer "of 12mm fibres( btw: I use spray glue to attache the fibres)
Between adding the 2 "layers of fibres you can spraycolour the tree in a dark olive kind of colour as a basic colour.
About the second layer of fibres: only the lower part( 3/4 ) of the tree will have some ...
Let the glue set for half/one hour and again cut the tree( fibres) in a conical shape.
For a more "airy"look just cut some fibres away...make some gaps specialy at the lower parts.
Again some spraying paint over the fibres and , again , let dry.
Againe a litlle bit of sprayglueover the tree and add the 2 mm fibres.
Important now is that you blow the 2 mm fibres down! Just hold the tree top up and blow the fibres down ....
finaly spray the tree again in dark colour and add the fine turf by holding the tree upside down and spray the glue over the tree...just a litlle bit!
imediatly followed by adding the turf with a strainer.
Just tap against the strainer tthree or four times and voila!!
