I was stunned by the trees on the top of this page. I went back and read the whole thread, all I can do is echo what others have said. They are awesome.

Thank you for sharing

I had to do a double take on the photo's as they look so real.   Absolutely the most impressive scale trees I have ever seen.   Keep up the great work and thanks for the tutorial.

This is spectacular - not only the trees but the whole scene.  For example, the road in the 3rd shot looks so natural.  Thank you for posting!

Are you sure the photos are not of real trees? Like others have said here, these trees are amazing!  WOW!

I don't know how they thought doing what they did would be anything but company suicide. I guess if you're going to go down might as well take everything down with you

is it really company suicide? I'd bet not 1 in 5 of members here actually paid for p-bucket. they need to make money.

They made money off of us with the ad revenue.  If you lose your customer base, the advertisers might move on, too.

I agree that they need to make money but is charging 400 dollars per year for something that was "free" without any warning the way to do it?  I'm sure not many people were paying before but if they would have enabled embedding on their less expensive plans I'm sure more people would have signed up. I think this because the people who already had an account with a lot of photos embedded in forums (and not just trw, but everywhere) or other websites and wanted to keep them they would justify 3-5 bucks a month for that because of the hassle to change things around. Say 10% paid for their service before, they just lost a lot of those account. Very few would be able to justify 400 year for the embedding option and those who have lesser accounts won't stay because they are paying for the option to link to the photo. This may be over simplified but I stand by it.

Please Tom , yes if it is possible to download the images you have , of course ,my permission!! No problem at all.
Btw: since 24 dec 2017 I've tried to repair the missing pictures in one or another way.....hope the new added pictures make sense! ;-)Well most of them I could replace but some were/are gone forever due to a crash for 2year ago so these pictures are lost but I have replaced them by pictures of almost the same kind/subject.
