I've seen Bmann models with that kind of distortion in the plastic, but I don't think it was prototypical, or planned, Peteski!  :trollface:

My sister in law made a hot coco mix.

Normally my mason jars are filled with "Georgia Holy Water" That tastes like Apple Pie.

Nick, I'm more interested in those adjustable paint stands....they look like something out of Star Wars. What are they?
Nice paint job BTW. The force is obviously with you (or your airbrush)... :facepalm:

Otto, they are the Tamiya Paint Stand Set, p/n 74522. Available at lots of places. I have them, myself, and love them

Thanks guys. A set is in the mail as we "speak". $19.15 plus shipping...
Looks like a worthwhile investment...time to retire the embarrassing kitchen towel roll core holders :facepalm:

The brush holder (the plastic back plate) is retained by 4 crimps in the end of the metal body.  It is not designed to come apart.  As you can see in the photo I used some tools to try to pry the crimps out.  Not very pretty.

Specifically, I uses a pair of small needle-nose pliers and mini pry-bars made from modified dental tools.  The procedure partially uncrimped the metal crimps and slightly distorted the plastic plate, enough for me to take it off.
