Hmm. That page appears to be their original lineup, Bob. The news yesterday was announcement of road names for the second batch: CN, CV, GTW, C&NW, LV, MILW, NH, D&RGW, and UP.

I'm definitely down for one of the C&NW numbers. Glad to see 'em show up in the second run.

The difference is that these are no longer CAD drawings but actual pictures implying that the production models are almost here.

Still no love for the NYC either. They only rostered 75 of them.....

I just hope when they do finally get around to them that it is "as built" and not cigar band.

Oh well, I have black paint and decals!  :D

I really wish that Atlas would have done the Milwaukee units in Black and Orange. Maybe there are more "old time" Milwaukee modelers out there that like the grey and orange, but Gordon Odegard is one of the few that I can recall. I am sure that it will all come to pass in the fullness of time, and yes, I know that I can paint my own. It is just that Orange and Black would be an instant purchase.

Best wishes, Dave
If you lend someone $20, and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Holding out for MEC units especially in green. If the wait gets too long, I'll grab a few to paint.

I'm thankful for Atlas, and Bmann for these models. So far, only the Bmann locos released.
Atlas announces new paint schemes, but NG without actually releasing product.
Give me LIRR, grey/orange, and MTA blue/yellow whenever this unit comes to market.

Will we B&O modellers have to wait a number of years to get these in B&O as delivered?  We waited, what, eight, or so, years for the Baldwins?

It was nice that B-mann had P&LEs; too bad that B-mann did them in the Howard Fogg phantasy scheme.

Atlas did do GP-7s in P&LE, maybe we can get these in P&LE fairly quickly?

I would prefer B&O first, but I will take correct P&LEs, if I can get them.

Borg, not interested.

Not sure what I'll do if they get to doing the CGW.  It's not something I can use for Waterloo as the S2's worked out of Chicago mainly.  Might depend on what scheme is done as the S2's carried at least 5 paint schemes.

I will be very interested if Atlas does the S1 at some point.  Still not good for Waterloo, but rather Rochester, MN which at least I have some modeleing interest in.
