LED Ditch Lights for the FVM GP60M

Thank you for the fantastic walkthrough of the ditchlight conversion!!! 

Question for you, directly head on, are the headlights a lot dimmer than your upgraded ditchlights or is it just the angle in the photos?

Seligman, what I notice most re the color is FVM brightened the orange.  I have these MU'ed with some Katos and the color discrepancy is not nearly so bad as on the ES44s.  Of course, the prototype is all over the ballpark anyway...

Mike, a lot of it is the angle but if I were gonna be fanatic about it I'd put LEDs in the headlight positions also.  You lose a lot though that light pipe.  The bottom lens especially is markedly dimmer.  I could also have increased the size of the resistor and dimmed the ditch lights down a bit, but I like them this way.
