Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.

I got four Briggs models kits assembled this weekend.  For those who don't know they are M420s and M420bs.  Tonight I started modifiing the chassis.

After a hiatus of several weeks following the Victoria Train Show, I returned to some modelling this week, aiming to continue clearing the backlog of long term projects nearing completion.

Decals applied to Provincial Museum display flatcars CAYCUSE RIVER and CHEMAINUS RIVER:




And to the three display coaches COWICHAN RIVER, KOOTENAY RIVER and SKEENA RIVER:




These five cars now require paint touch-ups, weathering, final seal coat and re-assembly.  They will then join the two recently completed boxcars:

Aren't end of track bumpers supposed to be unforgiving? This track is also going to be a programming track, so the main purpose of the bumper is to keep lokies from drifting off the track as they are taking programming instructions. More discussion on the build thread.

Unforgiving yes, but personally I would want it a bit wider than that concidering what is on the other side of it.
