Worked on China Basin a bit on Saturday while watching my alma mater lose the little brown jug…

More in my Layout Engineering Report thread: https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=31751.msg394320#msg394320

That looks awesome! I also thoroughly enjoyed your China Basin thread; that is a great project!
Best, Otto K.

That looks fantastic.  Nice and open like a modern industrial and commercial setting, and the balance of roads and the rail is very convincing.

Nearly finished with this F25. Just need to mask off some areas before I weather to achieve the repainted look on the prototype.

No, I said "Ed's Law."

Dude, that's nice.  Gotta get me one; it seems that it was not at all uncommon for them to come over the car float to the NS/PRR interchange back in the late 1940s.

Looks good Josh.  I'd like to get one of these flat cars also.  Nice job on the bridge.  Is that an old Atlas viaduct with extra bracing?

That F25a looks great.  I have wanted to get my hands on one or two of these myself.  Allen Eck of SPF makes the kits, but they have never been for sale on his web site.  He told me he never put them on the website due to him never writing directions for them.  I emailed him, and he told me he may rerun the kits if demand warrants.  He needed to get 10 to consider rerunning them.  If you are interested, please email him.  I would be in for two kits.  The Penn Central F25c's that sold out almost immediately on ESM were the last of the F25 kits Allen had.  Thank you.

Allen is being kind on the etching minimums, because the laser-cut wood deck minimums are higher as are the proper-colored plastic Andrews (Crown) MTL trucks.  The brown MTL #1023 couplers are the only standard component on the model.

Catt I keep taking time out to help my wife have babies . . . . plus we just redid our kitchen as you may recall from Facebook.  Takes a bite out of the hobby budget and time.

I can understand that,I've had a few things slow me down too (Heart surgery, neck fusion, lower back fusion, and liver and gall bladder problems) Hmmm, sounds to me like you had more with your delays.  :D Not complaining ,that's just a waste of time and energy, and gets you or me nowhere.

Scott, yes it is! With Atlas code 55 rail, no less. No turnouts or flex track was destroyed in this process. They were already destroyed.

Yeah...about those flat cars...I don't think there's anymore left.
