Isn't CP in the middle of an order for like 500 ECO rebuilds from EMD?

They have put the SD30 rebuilds on hold (CP 5000-5019 are delivered) and the GP20's are up to at least 91 units (CP 2200-2290 delivered as of last week). Word is that CP put a hold on the six axles because they are swimming in them. One wonders if the hold shall become a cancel... we'll see.
