A few weeks ago I asked Ed how he did some weathering. I was wondering how he would even see my question, since his post was old. I wanted the tag user functionality that Facebook has, where you can mention someone's username and they are alerted.
The Railwire now has this. When writing a post, you can use the '@' sign to bring up a box of users. Click their name, and a little [1] will appear next to their Profile link above. This looks like when a PM is sent. Like so:
@tom mann what do you think about this weathering?
Clicking Profile/Mentions list the posts that mentioned the user.
Again, this is only for regular members (those with 25+ posts).
