Asa guy with 100+ beet racks this interests me beyond my ability to communicate with words...
I like the idea of big industries, the bigger the better - let the builder downsize it if s/he wants. That being said, the structure you have there is expansive and has lots of big windows to see into the structure, making for an obviously big empty industry. Any plans for the interior - either providing for one or helping the modeler fill it?
reminds me of the old Heki (or is it Heljin ) kits that were both N and HO....big factories... big windows... either scale...just offer the right door's for the right scale

Would make for a great textile mill boiler room and dye house in the southeast... made from the brick version it would be a natural.
