Doug,I think the 60' TBOX variety will sell well for whichever company decides to do it. It seems like there are a dozen of them in every manifest train I see on the I-5 route in CA.
Just realized I have some ME flex track and hence measured the distance over 30 ties and it comes out to 4.15" which is 55' in N, so thats 55' from far wheel to far wheel so it could be a 60' car...
So I guess this:https://www.tangentscalemodels.com/product/60gscflatcar-undecorated-ovalhole/
What's between 60 and 50 feet, rides on 70T trucks, has been done by Tangent???52' Bethlehem Gondolas for one thing... There are a lot of flat cars out there, not so many gons and very fewin the 1950-1990ish time period.
