I'll stick with my standard guess - N scale version of either Lionel's Stock Car with moving cattle or Rocket Launcher. :D

I'll jump in and give a hint - it's NOT a tank car...

I KNEW it!!!!   :D :RUEffinKiddingMe:

OK well since I missed spectacularly, I'm gonna go way out on a limb and predict a carbon black hopper.   Weird enough choice that either my lunacy continues with little fanfare, or my comeback will be epic.   8)

If it's the type used to load three 20' containers, I'm in for a few!

What other 60' flats are there?

As Unittrain pointed out above, the car is 50', give or take a foot ---

"Its definatley a 50' car ME flex track and 30 ties from end axle to end axle."

Hmm... so, it's not an
ore car...?

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.

Maybe something for his new pipe loads to thumb a ride on . Crap , he already has that covered . Have we proven within 3 feet or so the length of the car ?

Well, I just double-checked the "tie math" which confirms that it is in the 50ft range....I came up with exactly 54ft based on 8 ties per inch based on Atlas tie spacing, but that could be inexact since you can't tell exactly where the car begins and ends.   So I would wager between 52ft and 55ft.

I agree.  I think that is why the photoshopped rectangle is so tall - to throw us off!

I didn't need any stupid old tank car anyway.

Hmm... Kiz will probably
leave the hobby over
this...

OK so I did some advanced photo manipulation and was able to reverse some of the mask...it looks amazingly like a Trinity 50ft Hi-Cube.   BLMA discovered they "missed one".  :P

Doug,
I think the 60' TBOX variety will sell well for whichever company decides to do it. It seems like there are a dozen of them in every manifest train I see on the I-5 route in CA.
