They're not hard to do out of the existing stock of CR SD40s, actually.

Its mostly a "standard CR detail" and renumber job. Slap on a sinclair antenna, cab signal box and some new numbers and you're good to go.

If you're adventurous, you can choose one with the brake wheel on the back porch, which is just an issue of adding that and filling in the nose one.
