Hope David doesn't mind. I was just reading through these pages again. Back when it was being built I saved a bunch of the photos and just now figured I would put them in a folder online.

Still can't believe there aren't more of these little layouts out there...

Sweet, I tried reading this thread a week ago, it wasn't much fun without the pics.....I know DKS has some things going on right now, but, man, did he have to take down all of his photos?......Not cool, man, not cool......lots of threads were affected by this, not just the TTC....

My plea to other TRW members, if you're going to share pics with us, leave them up, even if you leave the hobby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please? :|

I'm not privy to the inside story, but I think it's been mentioned elsewhere that the disappearance of the photos was unavoidable rather than intentional.

But I agree wholeheartedly that it's very disappointing to lose a resource like this.

Is the TTC yours now?

Every night, he plants a new tree.
He asks excitedly "Did you say Ménage à Trois?"
No, I said "Ed's Law."

As far as myself and the Model Railroading Ethics Committee (TM) are concerned it'll never be mine.

It's just that it now lives with me, and I get to take care of it, and finish whatever ain't already "done" on it, and take it to some shows with me, so...

I have all the images, I just need to re-post them.

Or, you can just go here: http://davidksmith.com/modeling/ttco.htm

A few years ago we were trading the images to make a complete set...some saved a few pictures, others saved different pictures. It’s a good feeling to see it all back where it belongs.

And now I get to sit and stare at it in the flesh every waking moment of the day.
But only when I'm at home, and not digging ditches at the DKS compound.
