Oh and neither of those 2 turnouts work, the points are soldered in place. Not enough room to use it as a real interchange.
I came up with 14'x43' for the main box. Any other more educated guesses out there?
I assumed that the doors at the top and bottom right are 36". That makes the door to the left of the bay window 2'-6" and the general size about 60' x 20'...
Find that specification, count the boards and that should give you someplace to start. I would bet it's a 5-1/2" or so reveal on the siding.
If indeed the boards are 5.5" tall, then the end of the building is ~18' wide.

I'd go with the 36" door argument.... The extra height you're seeing is probably the transom. The door would most likely be 7' tall anyway for that vintage... The 5.5" lap siding is a good reference, too.
