I like the red outline. I'll take liberties too. 

This summer I'll have to take a bike ride behind that building and see if there is anything left of the sign. Odd that they would paint it back there were only rail traffic would see it.

Horrible photo, you can't even see the weathering, but they are sanded down and glued on.

I sprayed them with ink wash first so the white wasn't so bright.

I'm thinking that I would prefer the logo without the white square for a background, i.e., cut it out, so the logo is shaped like a "plus" sign.  All of the pictures on the previous page support this look.

Chopped out a hole for the trestle:



I would say the Glidden Gripper works! I used a chisel against the door and got the foam off, but there is still foam residue where it stuck, So the foam breaks before the glue/paint.

Then I drew the mainlines and checked the whole circle with a 24" straight edge. Sanded some areas down and filled in others. That is black masking tape you see to fine tune some dips. Cork will get sanded and leveled as well. I even file the raised lettering off the back of the flextrack ties



Also if the angles seem odd it is because I'm holding the camera up. The layout rail height is 59-1/4" high, or 6-1/2" below my eyes. Pretty much the same as my last layout. A little bit harder to work on, but I don't have to squat down much to do this:

As usual, your trackwork gets a "Wow!" from me.  I think few rival your tracklaying skills.  Oh, and congrats on making that crossing, interchange, and crossover fit after all.

Thanks. I already had a 13.5" R test laid to check track spacing. So I just traced the rail heads by rubbng pencil lead and built the turnout on that. They have curved diverging routes. Oh and neither of those 2 turnouts work, the points are soldered in place. Not enough room to use it as a real interchange.
