Don't think so.

Here's what stands out.

Low-ish numberboards, the hood comes to a point (GPs have a flat spot), very low class lights and the horizontal dual headlights.

Last 2 number in the number board are 64 but can't make out the rest.

I was assuming it was the front of an engine. 

Could be the back of a GP30.
