There's such a glut of 50's vehicles in our hobby but such a lack of anything modern :(

Thanks for all the positive feedback!  The ride height is a bit of a variable, as I am having difficulty controlling the thickness of the body and chassis castings.  Plus, I may have tweaked one or two molds to keep the body at least .010 inches thick, otherwise they get pretty flimsy.  I also did not really design in any nice controlled surface for the two parts to mate together, mainly due to my haste to make them available.

I have to travel to Canada on Monday so I will not be able to fulfill any new orders until after I get back on the 28th.

Jimmo, I'm glad you pointed us to your products, many are great modern models that are very useful.  Nice to see some modern stuff appearing.

Thanks Scotti, you contemporary modelers should feel free to email me your requests. The more I hear from you all the better chance there is that some more modern models are created.

I don't have strong feelings about models, but a modern (post Atlas version) pickup would cover a lot of bases.  They are the best selling vehicles and common vehicles and always seem to be around railway buildings.

I've got the castings all cleaned up, just waiting for a warm enough day to paint...

Sweet! My sweet sixteen (cars) are on the way! Thanks Brian!
Anyone researched era-appropriate paint colors for these? Color pics from the forties seem have lots of grays, whites, black, some maroon, light blue, browns? Fifties, a little more variety, more color? If we're going to paint them ourselves, might as well do it right.

Here's a neat color photo of LA from 1954

Baby blues, sea foam green, and two tones were getting poplular.

NICE SHOT! Thanks!
My era is a wee bit earlier, cut off circa 1950, and most of Brian's  cars (other than the '52 Chevies) fit that.... Any other color pics???
Thanks, Otto K.
