Nice to see the B&M stuff.
Also noticed the listing for the Hart ballast hoppers has them listed as HO in the item listing. Makes wonder if the item number listing is correct or not. What say you Paul?

Jon

The item numbers are correct.  I will have our web guy fix the listing.

No Pacific Great Eastern ballast hoppers again?  HO Scale got them three releases ago; why not in N Scale?

Tim

Sorry, the guy that put this run together thought they had been done.  He made a note for next time.

Any update on the VO-1000 & U25B ETA?

Looks like the VOs will be here at the end of February.  Nothing firm on the U25Bs yet.

hey Paul When will code 55 track, namely turnouts be available? 11 New Code 55 #7 turnouts just sold for $272.00 on EB*Y, things are getting a bit crazy with the demand.

Most of the sectional track is either here or on the way to us.  The flex is getting ready to go into production after the Lunar New Year holiday break, and the turnouts should follow shortly thereafter.

Do I read correctly that the 2750 hoppers are not body-mounted couplers?

Bruce

Couplers are body mounted.  The test shots that were shown during the summer did not have the body mounts on them, but the tooling was completed since and the couplers are body mounted.

This is exactly what I was told last release  .  No, they have not been done in N Scale yet.  Oh well, I do appreciate you explaining why, so thanks for that.

Can somebody check my work here...is this the right car?

Granted, different bottom now courtesy of BN, per:

and another...

But, if I start with an undec Atlas 2750 and redo the chutes, this would be the car, right?  The number series referenced is the same series Atlas is doing on the GN cars, so it would seem so.  Assuming that number series info is right.

Thanks for the info, and thanks for the cars!

I'm in for a few undecs - with a little work the PS3 hoppers can pass for PRR H35 hoppers!

Will need to make a few changes but the main dimensions are almost perfect! Correct number of panels (although the spacing was a little different).
Add a C-channel for the bolster rib
Add a big top chord
Shave off some rivets where necessary (there were both riveted and welded versions).
Paint and cobble together some decals....
SPF heaven!  :P
Cheers,
Scott

If these are 2750s, but with new chutes...I may need to get a few undecs.
