I see BLW is also listing the Bachmann 0-6-0 and 2-6-2 as new in stock. I liked what I read in Spooky's reviews ... but how easy/difficult is it to convert these to DCC?Jim
That second run (which also includes a new Rock Island scheme) was announced way back last February. It seems to be taking an unusually long time to get here (by Bachmann standards)...Cheers,-Mark
Do you have any release info. I went and searched Bachmanns website and could only find the NMRA and some other big show announcement. None referenced the new numbers, nor new road names that I remember seeing. The S.

I can't find the announcement it's not easily found on the website and not in the NMRA or iHobby Expo announcements. The S.
In addition, there are three new road names for the ten-wheeler: B&O, C&O and NYC&StL. I do not recall that B-mann ever announced those roadnames. Also, a certain East Coast Hobby Store that is well known for good prices and service, that also operates a brick and mortar establishment, has the NW-2s.
Curious to see if anyone has compared a Bmann NW-2 to those funky Japanese imported models of which so much is made.
