The GN also tended to mix parts as their fleet aged, so just because a particular combination of details was never delivered from EMD doesn't mean it didn't exist somewhere.  But, like Jason, I'd love see a picture of this combination.  Most railroads wouldn't remove the rear overhang, as that would be wasted time and money, so that right there makes it a rare model.

Shifting poor old Spooky's thread back on topic, sorry, I'm fresh out of F7s, just have the F3A/B pair and a boatload of F9s.  Anyone else?
