For you North Carolinians, train show in Raleigh Nov. 9 and 10

Anyone going to the Neuse River Valley show next weekend?  I plan to be there; will likely spend much of the time being a booth babe at the NSHS booth, but I will likely bust something out on the North Raleigh N Track layout at some point.

My two T-TRAK modules will be in the NRMRC club layout. They are a definitely a work in progress & I'll be up tonight & tomorrow building one of the backdrop structures.

Had run playing with Train Buddy's layout with my IPhone. Kim's going to convince me to put up my Digitrax set soon, the way things are going.

I did not buy any HO stuff.  I did wind up with about fifteen reefers that are going to wind up in 'tater service.

Actually, you may have seen my dad.  We do rather resemble each other, except I don't use a cane.

Alas, my steam proved finicky under N Track conditions, so I had to resort to diesel.

Had the Norfolk Southern Historical Society's officer's meeting, ran trains on the North Raleigh N Track layout, hung out with my dad for the first time since June.  Pretty decent day.  I'll be back tomorrow.
