There are fewer N layouts this year (Im working fast enough to get on in a few!) but there are two of our Asshats that are on the tour.

A$$hat or not, I'll be most likely be one of the host's assistants on Rand Hoven's The Albany & Susquehanna layout.  That reminds me - I still haven't returned couple of Rand's locos I promised I would tune up over the summer!

We have been working on the layout since 2008, but it is still far from being finished (or even fully scenicked).  But I think it is an interesting layout to see. But then again, I would say that.  :)

We don't have many photos. Rand has a blog about the progress (which is not updated very frequently).  There is a track plan and photos in there.

So when are you going to get Rand posting here.

Probably never. He barely updates his blog.  AFAIK, he doesn't participate in any model RR forums.

I do believe that some of us up here in the north country need to make a trip down and have an operating session.

Maybe we should all have something to identify ourselves to other asshats?  A particular limp or studder perhaps?

Pete - A little too over the top seeing that we are mingling with kids.  But no one will have any doubt.

It was a joke, but a hat with a (-:|3  smiley (without the legend under it) could be quite appropriate and innocent.  8)

How about a name-tag or a pin with that smiley?
