Model this, but make it a FAT bike, then have a FAT guy with a beard nearby wheezing and eating a Primanti Bros. burger will the crap on it nearby.

...who gets a burger at Primanti's?

Maybe Lee never actually went there...he would have to parallel park his vehicle (he can't).

You don't have to parallel park in front of crappy chain stores like Olive Garden, Steak and Shake, or Primanti's.  They're all on pad sites outside of dreadful shopping malls.

I prefer establishments I can stagger to.

Well, that represents the one in the South Side and the original one in the Strip. Prolly the one in Oakland, too.

They indeed have since expanded into the burbs where there is plenty of head in parking.

It's been a while since I've given you guys the opportunity to bust my balls on progress, so here, have a quick glimpse at what I've recently gotten to 90% completion.

That slotted manhole cover next to the building is large enough for an HO figure!

Make it half again as long, and do the gull wing effect on the gable, and you'll have a better impression.

I think it's the building in the left of photo he is trying to recreate.

Yeah. Ish. Really, I just needed something that generally looked the part and that could get done pretty quickly.

The stepped brick end wall would be a very distinctive feature to add.  I like the look so far, though.  :)

It has the right color, general shape, orientation, and location relative to the other structures.  Anyone who's been to that part of York would recognize it.  Works for me!
