Atlas needs to get off the stick and reduce the size of their bloated PDF files. It's one thing to show high-res photos, but quite another to have embedded vector graphics that do nothing to inform the reader.
Not true. Embedded vector images allow you to zoom in and read all the writing on the freight cars. Something that always gets asked about on the smaller raster images.
Atlas has the summer catalog covering announcements for 3rd quarter 2013. A ton of stuff: RS-1, 11G tanks, coil cars, pulpwood cars, double-sheathed boxcars, 1932 ARA, Evans double-plug, and more. Also included is the fourth release of the PS-1, 8-foot door, late 50s/60s schemes. B&M New Image, CNW brown, SLSF "Ship it", GTW maple leaf, N&W no herald, Southern "serves the south", and US Army. The PDF of the catalog also has been posted on the website.
Their HO announcement was the SDP45 in SP, GN and Erie variations.
