Not sure why we'd have a release date for something that doesn't yet exist and is only a rumor!

Now that I've started mangling cars in order to make a UP excursion train for my 4-6-6-4 I'm sure the announcement is imminent  :P

Cheers,

Of course it will be imminent closely followed by some AT&SF steam while easttern steam is ignored.  They will just follow the same course they follow for their diesels.  Thanks for reading my rants. :RUEffinKiddingMe:

It only makes sense, having a rumored release date for a rumored locomotive. I pick fall of 2014 in time for Christmas  :D

Thanks! So now when it's announced in August of 2014 for release in Q2 '15 and still isn't here in August '15, we can have a dozen people piss and moan about how "it's been 3 years now".

Why, why, why, why?

Did we not have some here literally post a table of all the Kato releases in the past ten years plus years, and it showed the "East Coast Bias" is not as biased as everyone thinks it is???

Seriously.  This gets as old as ranting about MR, and Walther's "hatred" for N scale.

How dare you refute speculation and rumor with facts.   :D  I think the release of the GG1 pretty much puts to bed the grand conspiracy.  Mr Kato like SF, so how am I to argue with a fellow how obviously has good taste??

I have it on good authority that Kato is finished with the west coast stuff. Next loco is going to be a Reading T1 .
